For the past 1.5 years we've exclusively used the services of Ross at Clean Pool Pros. I can't say enough about his helpfulness, responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to give extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.He's serviced and cleaned our pool when algae was turning it green. He's washed our large pool filters and shown us the best practices for maintaining our pool.The great things I can say are endless about Ross's work including his attentiveness, taking our calls and texts even off-hours and the incredible service that he provides. We recently bought a home with a pool, and having never dealt with a pool before we decided to have Clean Pool Pros send someone out and detail what exactly we were supposed to do.That's when we met Ross, whom turned out to be a blackbelt in pool care and maintenance. I always check for reviews and I’m glad I did. That’s why I went with Clean Pool Pros, Ross and his crew did awesome job. Our pool was green for over two years. They had it drained and clean in no time and we were swimming by the weekend. The pool was stained so we are having it redone And their Tech Sean also fixed all of our plumbing and got the pool equipment up and running💯 I highly recommend them👍

We had bad algae and the pool did not have good pressure. Ross came out and evaluated the pumps and cause, fixed it, vacuumed the pool and it works like it should! Highly recommend Clean Pool Pros for all your pool needs.

I have use Clean pool pros for a few years for my pool service needs. I am always able to get an appointment within the week that I call. Their customer service is awesome and Russ is very helpful and takes time explaining and resolving the problem. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable, and they go above and beyond !! they are my service go to company!

I’m currently not a regular customer, but I’ve been having trouble with my main pump not coming on. I’ve been fiddling with it for a couple of weeks now, but with my limited knowledge on the subject, I couldn’t get it to start up. Anyway, on a whim, I yelped pool services open on Saturdays and found this company. What a lifesaver! They came out within an hour or so and got my pump running again. Just like that! I’m amazed that given the current world we live in, that there are still decent people behind big company names that are actually willing to go outside the box and help someone out. I’m so appreciative! This experience has prompted me to reconsider my current pool service company for sure. A little friendly customer service goes a long way. Can I give 10 stars? Thank you so much!

In a pinch, these guys came out on the morning of the 4th of July to help take care of a problem. What fantastic service!!

Such a wonderful company. I called on Thursday. The service representative came out on Friday. The pool was clear on Saturday. They came back out on Monday to make sure everything was going well. Just in time for a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I am so grateful for the service and the fact the representative explained everything to me as he went along.

Last month I called Clean Pool Pros for repair of one drain cap at the bottom of my pool, which had broken off. Very quickly, I was speaking with Ross and was happy they provide service in West Sacramento. After sending Ross a picture of my pool, I agreed to have the pool drained. Within the hour, Andrey gave me an estimate, which was very fair. I was scheduled for repair in two days by Austin. He showed up on time, drained the pool (about an hour) and made the repair.Thanks to the amazing service, either thru texts and/or by phone, my pool is ready for summer fun!I absolutely recommend Clean Pool Pros. The team of Ross, Andrey and Austin were highly efficient and professional. I will not hesitate to call them again. They were awesome and I truly appreciate how quickly they took care of my repair.

We desperately needed the Green to Clean service and we were provided with amazing service and outcome. Ross’s knowledge of what was happening, what needed to be done and accomplishing that with great results surely sold us on also continuing with the weekly service. Very happy!

I reached out to Clean Pool Pros because I was experiencing black algae that was out of control. I think I spoke with everyone on the Team so I can feel comfortable with the process and expected results. Ultimately, I chose Clean Pool Pros. Service were performed as communicated, onsite team was great answering questions throughout the process. The work was amazing, restored to lie was when the pool was brand new. Beyond expectations was the follow up from the team and further a technician stopping bye a month later to just double checked everything. Outstanding work. I would highly recommend Clean Pool Pros.

My pool pump was not working. The technician came out in less then 30 minutes. Found the problem and no charge. It was a super simple fix. So impressed!!

Clean Pool Pros show up every Monday, on-time. They do a great job in managing everything from the water quality, filter, pump, skimmer, pool sweep. Our pool is consistently sparkling. Ross the Owner goes above and beyond and always gets back to me with any questions. He's been patient and even came over to give me a training session on my pool and equipment as it's been a while since I had one. Alex and Josh are our Pool Techs. They are efficient and quick and always spend time answering or educating. Clean Pool Pros is the only pool service company I want to use. They are stellar and always get back to me quickly when I text , email, or call with questions.

I had been noticing that air seemed to be getting into our pump somewhere. I contacted another pool service company in the area, but was told that they would only provide service on the pump if we hired them for weekly service on the pool, which isn’t something we needed.I then contacted Clean Pool Pros and was told that they could come out to take a look at the pump. Ross came out and thoroughly inspected the pump. He found where he thought the air was coming in and recommended the parts we would need. I ordered the parts and replaced it myself. Now our pump is working perfectly!Clean Pool Pros is honest and has great customer service. They are the only company we will contact in the future if we need service. Thank you

I hired Clean Pool Pros right after having my pool re-done. I found them to be very knowledgeable, honest, and punctual (on time). They come out weekly and the pool always looks great. Finding a company/business that has employees with these qualities is hard to find and I would definitely recommend them.

Clean Pool Pros did an amazing job on my pool recently, from the condition it was so dirty and green to a brand new looking pool in just 3 days. They also worked above and beyond around my schedule and were happy to answer the million of questions without hesitation. Great service for a great price! Highly recommend!

We connected with Taras regarding a faulty pool sweep that kept giving us issues and for some reason, other professionals couldn’t address. He came out the next day and diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us some additional advice on our filter and pump system. Admittedly, we need to take the pool sweep to get fixed by the manufacturer, but he diagnosed what they couldn’t, and didn’t overcharge for the visit. Would definitely work with Taras and Clean Pool Pros again! 5 star service all the way.
