Our last pool company stopped showing up, after trying to get in contact we saw on yelp they closed the business and by then our pool looked like a swamp.

I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in.

Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change!

All in all, great service since even before starting service and could not be happier with the service since then. Looking forward to some warmer days to start jumping back in!

For the past 1.5 years we've exclusively used the services of Ross at Clean Pool Pros. I can't say enough about his helpfulness, responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to give extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

I always check for reviews and I’m glad I did. That’s why I went with Clean Pool Pros, Ross and his crew did awesome job. Our pool was green for over two years. They had it drained and clean in no time and we were swimming by the weekend. The pool was stained so we are having it redone And their Tech Sean also fixed all of our plumbing and got the pool equipment up and running💯 I highly recommend them👍

We had bad algae and the pool did not have good pressure. Ross came out and evaluated the pumps and cause, fixed it, vacuumed the pool and it works like it should! Highly recommend Clean Pool Pros for all your pool needs.

I have use Clean pool pros for a few years for my pool service needs. I am always able to get an appointment within the week that I call. Their customer service is awesome and Russ is very helpful and takes time explaining and resolving the problem. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable, and they go above and beyond !! they are my service go to company!

I’m currently not a regular customer, but I’ve been having trouble with my main pump not coming on. I’ve been fiddling with it for a couple of weeks now, but with my limited knowledge on the subject, I couldn’t get it to start up. Anyway, on a whim, I yelped pool services open on Saturdays and found this company. What a lifesaver! They came out within an hour or so and got my pump running again. Just like that! I’m amazed that given the current world we live in, that there are still decent people behind big company names that are actually willing to go outside the box and help someone out. I’m so appreciative! This experience has prompted me to reconsider my current pool service company for sure. A little friendly customer service goes a long way. Can I give 10 stars? They came through when all others failed! Thank you for getting the black algae out of my pool. I had already gone through three people who were not able to help.

In a pinch, these guys came out on the morning of the 4th of July to help take care of a problem. What fantastic service!!

Such a wonderful company. I called on Thursday. The service representative came out on Friday. The pool was clear on Saturday. They came back out on Monday to make sure everything was going well. Just in time for a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I am so grateful for the service and the fact the representative explained everything to me as he went along.

Last month I called Clean Pool Pros for repair of one drain cap at the bottom of my pool, which had broken off. Very quickly, I was speaking with Ross and was happy they provide service in West Sacramento. After sending Ross a picture of my pool, I agreed to have the pool drained. Within the hour, Andrey gave me an estimate, which was very fair. I was scheduled for repair in two days by Austin. He showed up on time, drained the pool (about an hour) and made the repair.

Thanks to the amazing service, either thru texts and/or by phone, my pool is ready for summer fun!
